How to suspend your StatesCard
You may suspend your StatesCard for as long as you like. A suspended card cannot be used to make payments or recurring payments until un-suspended manually.
This is useful if you'd like to keep your card secure and you don't intend to use for a long period of time OR if you suspect your card has been accessed by someone who was not authorized by you.
Important notes on card suspension:
- Card suspension does not stop the monthly fee being posted.
- Suspension is only possible on Visa StatesCards. Old Mastercard StatesCards cannot be suspended.
