How to withdraw funds from my StatesCard

You can withdraw the funds from your StatesCard by getting in touch with us directly. Keep in mind that a $10 withdraw fee will be collected from the balance on the card as part of the process.

Before deciding to withdraw, consider using the funds on your StatesCard as they can be used to pay for anything, just like your regular card.

If you'd still rather withdraw the funds, please contact our support team and request a withdraw. We'll have the team process your request and unload the funds your StatesCard back to your payment method. 

Keep in mind that this will also deactivate your StatesCard - to re-activate it in the future, you'll need need to contact us once more.

  • If you've originally loaded with a credit card - Once we've processed the funds on our end and confirmed they were refunded, it may take time for your bank or card issuer to process the funds on their end. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to re-appear back on your bank or card balance. If you still don't see them after that time, please get in touch with your bank or card issuer to find out about the current status of the funds.
  • If you've originally loaded via PayPal - Once we've processed the funds on our end and confirmed they were refunded, please allow up to 24-48 hours for PayPal to process the funds on their end. The funds should then appear on your PayPal account balance.
