What if my payment was declined/cancelled but I see the amount missing from my balance
If your payment using StatesCard was declined or cancelled by the seller but you see the amount missing from your balance - the funds may be have been authorized but not collected on the seller's end. It may take these "pending" funds up to 14 days to clear from this hold and re-appear back on your StatesCard balance depending on the sellers policy.
You may be able to contact the seller directly and request they clear the hold on the funds sooner.
